A Night in Mexico

What to expect 🌶

Your ingredients are being delivered to you between March 15, 2022 and March 16, 2022. Be on the lookout for an email from info@impastiamoclasses.com with a more accurate delivery time. 

All ingredients to the class will be provided in the kit, but: salt, pepper, sour cream or milk (optional).

A blender or food processor is also recommended

All your fresh ingredients were sourced at local farmer market.

If your avocado is still hard, leave it outside the fridge, in a warm spot, away from the direct sunlight. We recommend storing cilantro and meat (if in the box) in the fridge. Tomatoes and limes can be stored in the fridge or kept outside in a cool space. Garlic, onion, and serrano pepper can be kept outside of the fridge. 

The class will be extremely entertaining, so make sure you have your dancing shoes on and are ready to make some moves with us! Video on is recommended, but not mandatory.

Passionate Mexican Cook with almost 10 years of experience in Food Services & Teaching Traditional Mexican Cooking. She had the opportunity to study at the National School of Mexican Gastronomy in Mexico City. She has successfully hosted Mexican Cooking Experiences since 2017 in person & online. Her Mexican Salsas Experience is listed as 20 of the Best Experiences in Latin America by BuzzFeed.

Natalia has been featured in the L.A. Times and Hoy Los Ángeles.
