Ingredients for Salmon

  • 1 slab (or 1 piece) of salmon
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcheshire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon of our Homemade Garlic Honey (make your own by adding 1 cup of honey to a bowl and adding 4-5 large minced garlic cloves, stir until well-combined)

Ingredients for Wild Rice

  • 1 cup of wild rice
  • 2 cups of water
  • Dash of salt

Ingredients for Sauteed Brussel Sprouts

  • 1 package of fresh brussel sprouts (rinsed and cut in 1/2)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 large garlic cloves minced
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Garlic powder
