About Lasagna 🇮🇹

Lasagna, a quintessential Italian dish, is a flavorful and comforting layered pasta dish that has captivated taste buds worldwide. Originating in Italy, its history dates back centuries, with early references tracing to ancient Rome. The dish typically consists of alternating layers of wide, flat pasta noodles, rich meat or vegetable sauce, creamy béchamel sauce, and a generous sprinkling of cheese, traditionally mozzarella, ricotta, and Parmesan. While the exact origins of lasagna are debated, it's believed to have evolved from an ancient Roman dish called "lasanum," which referred to a cooking pot. Over time, lasanum evolved into what we now know as lasagna, with various regions in Italy contributing their own unique twists and interpretations.

Today, lasagna is cherished worldwide for its versatility, allowing for endless variations to suit different tastes and dietary preferences. Classes are non refundable. If you can no longer make your class, you are  able to modify the date/time of the booking, up to 72 hours prior to the event, or can transfer your ticket to a friend. After 72 hours, refund, exchanges or modifications are not accepted.
