Join us for a fun live and interactive class with Chef Fabio Vota as he shows us how to make Pasta alla Nerano, a typical dish from a small village near Sorrento, Italy, and Ahi Tuna tartare as an appetizer. Here are the ingredients: 


Ingredients needed for the Pasta

  • Pasta of your choice (spaghetti, bucatini, etc), 115g / 4 oz per person
  • Onion or shallot 
  • Zucchini (1 per person) 
  • Parmigiano reggiano (50g / 2 oz per person)

  • Pan 
  • Pot
  • Spoons
  • 3 Bowls
  • Cutting Board
  • Tongs
  • Chef knife
  • Plate


Ahi Tuna Tartare Appetizer: 

  • 4 oz Ahi Tuna
  • 1 Avocado 
  • Sesame seeds (black and white looks better but either is fine)
  • Ginger 
  • Garlic 
  • Soy sauce 
  • Rice vinegar 
  • Lime or lemon
