Ingredients needed for 2 people

Trofie Pasta:

  • 400 gr semola flour
  • 200 ml room temperature water
  • 1 spoon of white wine
  • Pizzico di sale

Pesto:

  • 50 gr/ 2 OZ basi leafs
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 15 gr/ 0.5 OZ Pine Nuts
  • 70 gr/ 2.5 OZ Parmesan
  • 30 gr/ 1 OZ Pecorino
  • 100 ml / 3.4 OZ Extra vergin olive oli
  • A pinch of coarse sea salt

Tools needed:

  • Pot for cooking pasta (something like this)
  • Blender
  • Spatula
  • Chef's Knife
  • Strainer
  • Cheese Grater
