IMPASTIAMO is where you and your friends can learn how to cook your favorite dishes in real time, with chefs from all over the world, from the comfort of your own kitchen.
We launched in April 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, as a way to support the hurting food industry. Since then, we've hosted over 50 classes with chefs live from Milan, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Costa Rica, Sicily, Toscany, Spain. We've supported over thirty businesses between restaurants, private chefs and nonprofits, over the course of fiive months.

MEET THE TEAM
Silvia Carluccio was born in Legnano, Italy, and moved to Los Angeles in 2011 to pursue the dream of organizing concerts. After working for Live Nation Entertainment from 2012 to 2019, Silvia started her own company with the mission to produce and promote events with social impact. During the pandemic, she launched IMPASTIAMO, with the mission of helping the food industry and her chef friends.
Matt moved from Philadelphia to Los Angeles in November and was immediately amazed at the variety and quality of fresh produce in the area. As a hobby, he started putting together produce boxes as a way to connect the local food supply to his friends and family. He enjoys healthy and adventurous eating and spends most of his free time in the kitchen or on the beach.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Linda spent a lot of her childhood in her father's Mexican restaurant. From going food shopping for ingredients to cooking alongside her dad, food has always been her second home. In constant pursuit of the best Mexican food, whether in the US or south of the border, her favorites are ceviche, chile rellenos and birria. She currently lives in Big Bear where she spends her free time backpacking and hiking in her backyard.
Born in Milan, with part of the family coming from the Emilia-Romagna region, well renowned for its typical cuisine and dishes such as tortelli, ravioli and lasagne.
Agnese is not what would you say a good cooker but certainly a good eater! She likes travelling and discovering new places and tastes.
She aims to be a journalist, sharing stories from all over the world.
