LA-based Chef Gino is a native of Parma, a city known as the true culinary breadbasket of Italy. A dynamic TV personality and an exuberant Emcee, Chef Gino has been using his contagious energy to raise American Families’ Food IQ for the last 18 years. 

 

Gino will travel throughout Southern California to personally cook for you or cater your event from a small intimate gathering to a large festive celebration.

Gian Paolo grew up cooking with his Sicilian grandmother and has turned that passion into a career helping launch and expand top restaurants like Il Fornaio, Eataly, and L’Antica Pizzeria Da Michele. His favorite dish? Pasta con patate—a true carb lover’s dream.

Luna is a passionate Mexican chef with nearly a decade of experience cooking and teaching the flavors of her homeland. Trained at the National School of Mexican Gastronomy in Mexico City, she’s been sharing her Mexican Cooking Experiences since 2017 — in person, online, and even in the pages of the L.A. Times and Hoy Los Ángeles.

Katie is an award-winning chef, cookbook author, and Culinary Ambassador for the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation. Inspired by her mom, a legend in Chinese-American cuisine, she swapped Hollywood for a wok and never looked back. Since then, she’s launched a catering biz, written cookbooks, and made cooking fun, approachable, and always delicious.

Paolo was born in San Bonifacio, Verona, where his love for cooking started in his uncle’s pizzeria and alongside his mom in the family kitchen. His culinary repertoire is deeply rooted in traditional Italian flavors, with his favorite dish being bigoli alla carbonara, made with the finest guanciale. In October 2021, he brought his passion to the U.S., spending the past three years exploring and enriching the American culinary scene.

Mercedes is the founder of The Arepa Stand, a pop-up food stall bringing traditional Venezuelan flavors to Los Angeles.  She moved to L.A. in 2015 to train under chef Suzanne Goin, and in 2019, after frequently making arepas as staff meals, she realized this was her path. Close to her heart and full of flavor, The Arepa Stand reflects her passion, creativity, and love for sharing the tastes of Venezuela with the community

A local spot in the heart of Chinatown. It can hold up to 52 people seated.

 

PRINCE

A welcoming space designed to make you feel at home. It fits 14 people.

 

LITTLE ITALY

The perfect place to feel the warmth of Italy. It fits 30 people.
