ABOUT THE CLASS This Online class takes place every Sunday at 10:00 AM PT. We require a minimum of 5 guests to make this class happen, tickets will be refunded if we not reach the minimum number. ABOUT THE DISH Learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch and a spicy yet delicious Arrabbiata sauce. CAVATELLI PASTA 2 cups (250 g) semola rimacinata flour ½ cup (125 ml) lukewarm water ARRABBIATA SAUCE 2 oz (60 ml) extra virgin olive oil 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced or finely minced 1 teaspoon chili flakes 9 oz (255 g) whole peeled tomatoes, crushed by hand 1 tablespoon chopped parsley KITCHEN TOOLS large pot for boiling pasta mixing bowls Strainer for pasta bench scraper gnocchi board (optional) or a fork saucepan DISCLOSURES Lovell Productions will be recording this class.
