Join Chef Mario Vollera as he teaches us how to make a proper carbonara!

Important notes:

Ingredients needed for 4 people

  1. 1 box Spaghetti (500 g)
  2. 4 Eggs
  3. 2 Oz Pecorino or parmigiano
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper
  6. Bit of cream or milk
  7. 1/4 Oz love
  8. 4 long slice of bacon ( guanciale or pancetta if possible )

Tools needed:

  1. Pot for cooking pasta (something like this)
  2. Bowl to mix ingredients
  3. Wooden spoon
  4. Chef's Knife
  5. Strainer

Pick up in Santa Monica.The kit is available for pick up in Santa Monica, CA, or available for delivery in Los Angeles for an additional $7.00 delivery fee.
