- large pot for boiling pasta
- mixing bowls
- Strainer for pasta
- bench scraper
- gnocchi board (optional) or a fork
- saucepan
FOR THE VINAIGRETTE
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar *not included in kit
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice *not included in kit
- 1 pinch Salt *not included in kit
- White Pepper as needed *not included in kit
