Learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch with a spicy and delicious Arrabbiata sauce!  🌶 

If you're purchasing an ingredients kit, RSVP by no later than March 6, 2022 at 5PM PT. 

INGREDIENTS

CAVATELLI PASTA 

  • 2 cups (250 g) semola rimacinata flour 
  • ½ cup (125 ml) lukewarm water 

ARRABBIATA SAUCE 

  • 2 oz (60 ml) extra virgin olive oil 
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced or finely minced
  •  1 teaspoon chili flakes 
  • 9 oz (255 g) whole peeled tomatoes, crushed by hand 
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley 

KITCHEN TOOLS 

  • large pot for boiling pasta 
  • mixing bowls 
  • strainer for pasta 
  • bench scraper (optional)
  • gnocchi board (optional) or a fork 
  • saucepan
