In this class you will learn all the “do’s and dont’s” of poultry 101. How do you purchase a chicken? What are you supposed to look for? How do you cook the bird? How do you know when it’s finished cooking? What are the safety protocols when handling this multifaceted bird. You will learn all this, plus a few delicious recipes that involve practical cooking techniques that you will use over and over again.
