IMPASTIAMO will be shipping out Ingredients Kits within a few days prior to the class. RSVP by Monday, April 26th at 5PM PT to receive your Ingredients Kit in time for class.

BEFORE THE CLASS STARTS

  • Hard boil an egg
  • Prepare the ice

For vegetarians only: 

Soak the dry mushrooms in lukewarm water for at 30 minutes before the class starts. Do not toss the mushroom water.

ABOUT CHEF GASTÓN STORACE

Chef Gastón grew up surrounded by aromas and gastronomic traditions inherited from his mother and grandmothers. Always passionate about art, he decided to study gastronomy, fine arts and floriculture. His passion for food and its colorful flavors allowed him to explore many Latin American countries working in leading restaurants in Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia and Uruguay. Over time, he settled down in Argentina managing a few restaurants in Buenos Aires. His latest personal project "WILDCURRY” is where he has been expressing his love for cooking by holding private dinner events, giving cooking lessons and creating gourmet meal kits for in-home preparation.
