EVENT DETAILS

Learn the secrets of pasta making from pastaio Francesco Allegro (Rossoblu, Capri Club), with a glass of wine, and celebrate with us the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World.  After this hands on cooking class, we will be having dinner all together. A minimum of 5 participants is required for the class to take place. 

What does include?

Each ticket includes access to the class, all ingredients necessary, all tools necessary, wine, and after class dinner (with the food we prepared).

About the World Week of Italian Cuisine

With more than 8000 events organized in over 100 countries in the last 6 editions, the World Week of Italian Cuisine has established itself as one of the flagship initiatives of  the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation to promote the best of the “Made in Italy” brand abroad, with a particular focus on the Italian agri-food chain. 

TICKETS

  • In Person Cooking Clas

    Ticket includes access to the pasta making class for one person, ingredients for pasta dough and pasta filling. Tickets also includes lunch, which is served after the class. Unless event cancellation, tickets are non refundable.
