About the ingredients
Ingredients for Salmon
- 1 slab (or 1 piece) of salmon
- Sea salt
- 1 tablespoon of Worcheshire sauce
- 2 tablespoon of our Homemade Garlic Honey (make your own by adding 1 cup of honey to a bowl and adding 4-5 large minced garlic cloves, stir until well-combined)
Ingredients for Wild Rice
- 1 cup of wild rice
- 2 cups of water
- Dash of salt
Ingredients for Sauteed Brussel Sprouts
- 1 package of fresh brussel sprouts (rinsed and cut in 1/2)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 3 large garlic cloves minced
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
- Garlic powder
