Discover the authentic side of Italian cooking through mindful ingredients and unique cooking techniques with Chef of La Scuola at this Italian Dinner: Exploring Health and Tradition. From the kitchen in Eataly cooking school, watch the Chef prepare three Italian dishes from start to finish and learn about the recipes and techniques.
During this class, guests will:

- Enjoy a three-course menu featuring first course, main course, and dessert with a complementary wine pairing.
