Jungímmune – Let’s Come Together!

Join us for a special day filled with the flavors of Maletto, set in the beautiful surroundings of Etna Park. The event will feature the real guardians of the rural and culinary traditions of this small town, tucked away on an untouched side of Etna.

Here’s what’s on the menu:

A starter with local cheeses, cured meats, Seasonal vegetables from the garden and fresh ricotta and cheese made on the spot by shepherd Carmelo

Homemade bread baked in the wood-fired oven.

Freshly prepared macaroni with meat sauce (or a vegetarian option) made by Alfia and Maria

A wheelbarrow grill of mushrooms, sausages, and local meats

Wild greens from Etna

Surprise desserts and fresh strawberries.

The event will be outdoors, so make sure to dress warmly! If it rains, the event will be rescheduled, and tickets will be refunded. If you are unable to attend, your ticket can be transferred to a friend but will not be refundable. Seats are limited, and tickets are only available online.
