What to expect

This Valentine’s Day, skip the usual and join us for an interactive and memorable experience. Forget the crowded restaurants and spend the evening cooking, connecting, and having fun. This class is designed to be social, hands-on, and welcoming, whether you are coming with a partner, friends, or treating yourself. 💗

You will learn to make fresh maritati pasta from scratch. Maritati is a traditional pasta from Puglia and its name means “married,” because it brings two shapes together into one. It is the perfect pasta to celebrate connection and togetherness.

You will also get a demo on one Italian pasta sauce that will accompany your dish. Wine pairing and a beer open bar are included in the ticket, so you can sip and enjoy while you cook 🍷. After the class, you will sit down to enjoy the Italian dinner you created.

Ticket Categories

This event is offered in two time slots. Please make sure to select the correct slot when booking. The following ticket types are available for both slots:

General Admission: includes access to the hands-on maritati pasta class, wine pairing, beer open bar, all ingredients and equipment, and a sit-down Italian dinner.

Premium Ticket: includes everything in General Admission, plus an IMPASTIAMO tote bag with a pasta tool and a selection of high quality, authentic Italian ingredients to take home.

Ticket Policy

Classes are non refundable. If you can no longer make your class, you are  able to modify the date/time of the booking, up to 72 hours prior to the event, or can transfer your ticket to a friend. After 72 hours, refund, exchanges or modifications are not accepted.
