- First stop: fresh market for ingredients.
- Next: hands-on instruction and taste-testing accompanied by all the agua de Jamaica (hibiscus tea) you can handle.
- Cooking: once salsas are made, you'll be cooking and eat quesadillas
- Final touch (because we know our audience): take at home your fresh salsas
All salsas are plant based. Classes are taught in: English, French and Spanish.

About Chef Natalia Luna
Passionate Mexican Cook with almost 10 years of experience in Food Services & Teaching Traditional Mexican Cooking. She had the opportunity to study at the National School of Mexican Gastronomy in Mexico City. She has successfully hosted Mexican Cooking Experiences since 2017 in person & online. Her Mexican Salsas Experience is listed as 20 of the Best Experiences in Latin America by BuzzFeed. She has also been featured in the LA Times and Hoy Los Ángeles.
