In just 2.5 hours of pure doughy delight, you'll be schooled in the art of crafting authentic Neapolitan pizza from start to finish. From kneading and stretching the perfect dough to mastering the wood oven, every step will have you feeling like a true pizzaiolo!

About chef Peppe Miele

Peppe Miele is the President of VPN Americas (Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana), the organization that creates true. Neapolitan. Pizza. Originally from Naples and now currently residing in Los Angeles, Peppe is an ambassador of the Neapolitan culinary tradition, sharing his expertise as an acclaimed chef, consultant, and educator.

Ticket Policy

Classes are non refundable. If you can no longer make your class, you are  able to modify the date/time of the booking, up to 72 hours prior to the event, or can transfer your ticket to a friend. After 72 hours, refund, exchanges or modifications are not accepted.
