Impastiamo will be shipping out Ingredients Kits within a few days of class. RSVP by Tuesday, December 1st at 5:00 pm PT to receive your Ingredients Kit in time for class.
Impastiamo will be shipping out most ingredients needed for this class with the exception of the following
- 5 oz Milk *not included in the kit

- Bowl
- Cookie Cutter (2.5inch approximately)
- Rolling pin
- Baking paper
- Oven
About Chefs
Micol and Angela (hence the idea of the name MA 'bakery, with the initials of their names), two Italian girls who moved to Los Angeles. Micol, from Rome, wine brand ambassador, and Angela, from Napoli, Travel Agent Specialist, became close friends
since the first time they met, sharing the great passion for cooking and especially for baking. They combined the different traditions of their cities, the family recipes passed down through generations, starting their homemade bakery project. The first thought was: "It's crazy to start in this period of total uncertainty in the world", but basically craziness, fantasy, love and passion are our secret ingredients.
About the Dish
Tasty, light and crunchy, these cookies are perfect for a delicious snack or to pair with coffee in the morning. With no butter, yeast and eggs, they make a healthy but yet delicious dessert!
