Chef Fabio Vota was born and raised in Salerno, Italy near the Amalfi coast. He has been a chef since he was 14 years old. He cooked for the Italian national soccer team in 2006 when they won the World Cup. Since moving to Los Angeles he has been chef to several celebrities.

Join us for a fun live and interactive class with Chef Fabio Vota as he shows us how to make Pasta alla Nerano, a typical dish from a small village near Sorrento, Italy, and Ahi Tuna tartare as an appetizer. Here are the ingredients:
Ingredients needed for the Pasta
- Pasta of your choice (spaghetti, bucatini, etc), 115g / 4 oz per person
- Onion or shallot
- Zucchini (1 per person)
- Parmigiano reggiano (50g / 2 oz per person)
- 3 Bowls
- Cutting Board
- Chef knife
Ahi Tuna Tartare Appetizer:
- 4 oz Ahi Tuna
- 1 Avocado
- Sesame seeds (black and white looks better but either is fine)
- Soy sauce
- Rice vinegar
- Lime or lemon
About Chef Fabio Vota:
Chef Fabio Vota was born and raised in Salerno, Italy near the Amalfi coast. He has been a chef since he was 14 years old. He cooked for the Italian national soccer team in 2006 when they won the World Cup. Since moving to LOS ANGELES he has been chef to the stars; Jennifer Lopez, Ryan Secrest, ANDREA bocelli, and is the private chef of Guess jeans founder Paul Marciano.

You will receive a Zoom link as soon as you book the class via email. This ticket does not include the ingredients kit. After the class is completed, you will receive a link to the recording of the class. This ticket will include a kit of ingredients needed to execute your Pasta alla Nerano recipe for two people. Please note: the kit does not include ingredients for the tuna tartare.
