Join Alessandro Ruggle live from Milan as he will show us how to make a risotto with taleggio.
Alessandro graduated from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Bra, Italy, where Slow Food was born. He's been working as the communication manager shoulder to shoulder with Chef Carlo Craccio where he's developed furthermore his passion for food. We're lucky to have him as a special guest, don't miss this class!
Ingredients needed (for 2 people)
250 grams of Carnaroli Rice (9 oz)
100g Gorgonzola (3.5 oz)
1 scallion
2 Pears
Walnuts (1 oz)
a nut of unsalted butter
a glass of white wine
vegetable broth
Parmigiano Reggiano (50g, 2 oz)
sea salt
Tools Needed:
A pot for the vegetable broth
A pan for cooking the rice
Spatula or wooden spoon
A ladle
