• ½ cup yogurt (not in the ingredients kit)
• 100 g fresh coriander leaves (not in the ingredients kit)
• bowl
• small bowl 
• spoon 
• knife 
• pan (for deep frying) or oven or airfryer 
• serving dish 

Please note: before the class starts boil, peel and mash your 4 small potatoes.
