Arepas with Mercedes Rojas

COOK W:HER is a chance to meet some of the most talented female chefs in Los Angeles who are innovating the food industry while taking your cooking skills to a next level.

This is a hands on culinary experience, during this class chef Mercedes Rojas will teach us how to prepare a Venezuelan Arepas. Class includes a glass of wine & sparkling water + you can bring your own bottle!🍷

About Mercedes Rojas

"She moved to Los Angeles in 2015 to learn under chef Suzanne Goin. Then Rojas opened The Arepa Stand in 2019 when she was out of work after frequently making arepas as a staff meal. She knew this would be her path. 'It’s very close to my heart, so it was a no-brainer for me to start something like this,' said Rojas".

Ticket policy

Classes are non refundable. If you can no longer make your class, you are  able to modify the date/time of the booking, up to 72 hours prior to the event, or can transfer your ticket to a friend. After 72 hours, refund, exchanges or modifications are not accepted.
