Join Eataly for a focus on Semolina Pasta: learn about the secrets behind one of Italy’s simplest and most delicious pastas famous from the Southern end of the boot. Not only is it a unique preparation for hand made pasta, but it is a healthy source of food for energy and more. Let’s take a quick trip to the South with the Chef of La Scuola to explore the intricate pasta made in the South.
During this class, guests will:
- Explore the traditional style of making with Semolina flour in Southern Italy.
- Discover the health benefits of semolina flour-based pasta and the different sauces paired.
- Try your own hand at preparing semolina pasta with the guidance of our Chef of La Scuola.
- Enjoy a southern inspired dish prepared by Chef of La Scuola with a complementary glass of wine.
Please note for this class, we are not able to accommodate gluten allergy for class activity. A meal with a gluten free pasta can be served. Our facility is not certified celiac free, there may be trace amounts of cross contamination.
