Join us in celebrating Women's Month with COOK W:HER! Here is a chance to meet some of the most talented female chefs in Los Angeles who are innovating the food industry, while taking your cooking skills to the next level.

What to expect

During this class, chef Ines Glaser will teach us how to prepare Focaccia from scratch. From the preparation, to kneading, to stretching, this will be a hands on cooking experience in learning how to make one of the most loved food! Class includes a glass of wine & sparkling water + you can bring your own bottle!🍷

About chef Ines Glaser

With a background in Film and Television, Ines Barlerin Glaser worked in the US, Central America, Asia, and the South Pacific. Whether it was swimming camera equipment from a panga-boat to the beach or, coordinating county sheriffs on a Quentin Tarantino set...long days were followed by long dinners. With sunburned cheeks, pitchers of wine, and often times pizza, Ines fell in love with the magical moments shared around the table.  In 2017, Ines left her career in film production to study the art of making dough. Between attending pizza school in Naples (AVPN), working as a line cook at one of L.A.’s top Italian restaurants (Sotto), and apprenticing with world-renowned chefs in Copenhagen (Baest), Ines developed a passion for dough digestibility and Slow Food practices.

About IMPASTIAMO🧡

Founded in the spring of 2020 by Silvia Carluccio, formerly at Live Nation Entertainment, we set out to pair our love of food with our love of music–a consistent theme in all of our cooking class experiences. IMPASTIAMO curates culinary experiences and cooking parties while making cooking fun, easy and enjoyable–no matter your skill level. Whether it’s an online or in-person cooking event, our chefs from around the world will WOW you with tips, tricks and techniques so you can share in their culture and enjoy a mouthwatering dish that you made with your own hands.

Ticket policy

Classes are non refundable. If you can no longer make your class, you are  able to modify the date/time of the booking, up to 72 hours prior to the event, or can transfer your ticket to a friend. After 72 hours, refund, exchanges or modifications are not accepted.
