Join us in celebrating Women's Month with COOK W:HER! Here is a chance to meet some of the most talented female chefs in Los Angeles who are innovating the food industry, while taking your cooking skills to the next level.

What to expect

During this class, chef Roxana Jullapat will teach us how to prepare a Seasonal Pie from scratch. From the preparation, to mixing and baking, this will be a hands on cooking experience in learning how to make one of the most delicious cakes! Class includes a glass of wine & sparkling water + you can bring your own bottle!🍷

About chef Roxana Jullapat

As the head baker and owner of a beloved Los Angeles bakery, Roxana Jullapat knows the difference local, sustainable flour can make: brown rice flour lightens up a cake, rustic rye adds unexpected chewiness to a bagel, and ground toasted oats enrich doughnuts. Her bakery, Friends & Family, works with dedicated farmers and millers around the country to source and incorporate the eight mother grains in every sweet, bread, or salad on the menu. In her debut cookbook, Roxana shares her greatest hits, over 90 recipes for reinventing your favorite cakes, cookies, pies, breads, and more.

IMPASTIAMO curates culinary experiences and cooking parties while making cooking fun, easy and enjoyable–no matter your skill level. Whether it’s an online or in-person cooking event, our chefs from around the world will WOW you with tips, tricks and techniques so you can share in their culture and enjoy a mouthwatering dish that you made with your own hands.

Ticket policy

Classes are non refundable. If you can no longer make your class, you are  able to modify the date/time of the booking, up to 72 hours prior to the event, or can transfer your ticket to a friend. After 72 hours, refund, exchanges or modifications are not accepted.
