About The Chef  🇯🇵

Chef Takanori “Kuma” Shishido is originally from Ssapporo, Hokkaido, and honed his skills in Los Angeles at Michelin star restaurant, Mori Sushi, famous American fusion restaurant, Kushiyu, and rising star restaurant, Brother Sushi. He makes authentic Japanese sushi and also can add some American twist on it.

Founded in the spring of 2020 by Silvia Carluccio, formerly at Live Nation Entertainment, we set out to pair our love of food with our love of music–a consistent theme in all of our cooking class experiences. IMPASTIAMO curates culinary experiences and cooking parties while making cooking fun, easy and enjoyable–no matter your skill level. Whether it’s an online or in-person cooking event, our chefs from around the world will WOW you with tips, tricks and techniques so you can share in their culture and enjoy a mouthwatering dish that you made with your own hands.

If you’d like to gift a cooking class but you’re not sure your friends or family can make it, purchase a Gift Card instead!

Classes are non refundable. If you can no longer make your class, you are  able to modify the date/time of the booking, up to 72 hours prior to the event, or can transfer your ticket to a friend. After 72 hours, refund, exchanges or modifications are not accepted.
