Tagliatelle: Pasta Making Class

Pasta is... never enough! This year celebrate with us National Pasta Day, coming on October 17th. Learn how to make Whole Egg Dough (for taglierini, tagliatelle, lasagna, garganelli, pappardelle, maltagliati, farfalle, ravioli etc.), live form Emilia-Romagna region, Italy. 

INGREDIENTS

serves 2-3 people 

• 1 1/4 Cup (200g) 00 Flour 
• 2 Large Eggs
• extra Flour for dusting

KITCHEN TOOLS 

• Rolling Pin 
• Pasta Machine (can be a electric, like a Kitchen Aid, or manual)
• Knife or dough cutter

ABOUT NONNA ROSA

"Nonna" is the Italian word that means "grandmother", and usually they are the custodians of the kitchen and of all traditional recipes. Nonna Rosa was born in a rural area of Emilia-Romagna region, when she was younger she used to run a restaurant and a Hotel. She's now 88 years old, but every year when it comes Christmas period she cooks ravioli and lasagne for her whole family, because "it takes patience and love to prepare a good meal, and I know how to make it!".
