Join Chef Francesco Lucatorto as he shows us how to make a proper Tiramisu'!

Ingredients needed: 

Please note, pre make 300 ml of coffee (possibly espresso if you have an espresso machine or from the moka 

(Check it out here)

  • Mascarpone: 250grams 
  • 3 Eggs 
  • 75gr White Sugar 
  • 1 spoon of rhum 
  • 1 Box of Savoiardi Cookies (Ladyfingers)
  • 1 spoon of dark cocoa 
  • Coffee espresso or from moka, already made (300 ml)

Tools Needed: 

  • Electric whisk
  • 3 bowls
  • Wooden spoon or spatula
  • Trey where you will put your tiramisu
  • Moka or espresso machine (if you don't have it, ok to make regular coffe, on the stronger side better)
