Join Chef Francesco Lucatorto as he shows us how to make a proper Tiramisu'!
Ingredients needed:Â
Please note, pre make 300 ml of coffee (possibly espresso if you have an espresso machine or from the mokaÂ
(Check it out here)
- Mascarpone: 250gramsÂ
- 3 EggsÂ
- 75gr White SugarÂ
- 1 spoon of rhumÂ
- 1 Box of Savoiardi Cookies (Ladyfingers)
- 1 spoon of dark cocoaÂ
- Coffee espresso or from moka, already made (300 ml)
Tools Needed:Â
- Electric whisk
- 3 bowls
- Wooden spoon or spatula
- Trey where you will put your tiramisu
- Moka or espresso machine (if you don't have it, ok to make regular coffe, on the stronger side better)
