Cook with one of Mexico's most influential chefs: Gabriela Cámara, live from Mexico City. Gabriela's restaurants specialize in seafood and she brings her own twist to Mexico's traditional recipes. Here she will show us how to cook one of Mexico's most traditional dishes: the tostada. She will be making a scallop ceviche tostada, and a vegetarian tostada with beans and nopal cactus, both paired with a cold Anejo Herradura Tequila. About the Ingredients Kit

Optional Special Promotion will include a 375ml bottle of Tequila Herradura (one bottle per kit of either Silver, Reposado, Anejo, or Ultra) and ingredients paired with our curated culinary series. Purchase is not required to participate in this event.

Alcohol purchase will be processed and packaged by our licensed partner and will require a government ID of 21 years and older to accept delivery.

Before the Class Starts

  • Clean and slice the scallops
  • Stem and mince the jalapenos
  • Finely slice 4 Japanese or Persian cucumbers cut in 4ths lengthwise and then sliced
  • Squeeze the lemons to make lemon juice
  • Dethorn Cactus paddles (if needed)
  • Slice the red onion
  • Rinse, dry, and tear into manageable bites the watercress
  • Chop the cilantro leaves
  • Grate the cheese
