Today we're entering the kitchen of Dona Elsa, in Limon, Costa Rica. Dona Elsa will teach us how to make her famous tortillas Tortillas con Papas y Chorizo. Here are the ingredients needed: 

  • 1lb potatoes
  • 1/2 chorizo
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 2 onions
  • garlic
  • salt
  • turmeric
  • 1 lb organic corn flour (Masa Harina)
  • celery
