What to expect

This holiday season, we’re celebrating the Italian way - by cooking, sharing a meal, and having a little fun while we do it. Join us for a 2.5-hour, hands-on tortellini-making experience featuring one of Italy’s most beloved holiday dishes. It’s a festive, relaxed class designed for anyone who enjoys good food and good company.

We’ll guide you through the full process of making tortellini from scratch: mixing and rolling your pasta dough, preparing a traditional filling, and folding tortellini by hand. A specialty cocktail and beer open bar will be available throughout the evening so you can sip and cook, two of our favorite things in the world 🍝🤝🍷. BYOB is also encouraged, because why not?

To bring a playful twist to the night, we’re making this an Ugly Sweater edition. Wear your ugliest holiday sweater for a chance to be crowned “sweater of the night” and win a small gift from us ;) 🎁.

Once the cooking is done, we’ll sit down together to enjoy the tortellini prepared during the class.

Premium tickets are also available and include an IMPASTIAMO tote bag filled with premium Italian ingredients and a pasta tool, so you can continue your pasta-making at home.

Ticket Policy

Please be aware that if we don’t reach the minimum number of tickets sold for the class, we may need to cancel the event. In that case, we’ll gladly assist you in transferring your ticket to another class of your choice. Thank you for your understanding!

Classes are non refundable. If you can no longer make your class, you are  able to modify the date/time of the booking, up to 72 hours prior to the event, or can transfer your ticket to a friend. After 72 hours, refund, exchanges or modifications are not accepted.
