About the ingredients
For the Pasta
- 2 boiled beetroots
- 1 egg
- 1 and an half cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 4oz Brie
- 4oz Cream cheese
- 4oz Blue cheese
- 1 Tbsp milk
- Parmesan cheese for topping
- 5.4 oz dark (60% cacao or bittersweet) chocolate
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 whole large eggs and one additional egg yolk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
