Will I be on my own or will there be a host there to assist me?

The moment you enter the cooking class, there will be a host to welcome you and assist you with any quarstions, concerns or thoughts. You can reach your event host at any time during the event.

How do I choose someone I would be interested in meeting again?

Throughout the evening, simply jot down those whom you would like to exchange emails with. Once the event is complete, you’ll have the opportunity to pass along your choices to us and we will play Cupid! 

How will my information be shared? 

We will only share your Instagram profile, email or Facebook upon your approval. If someone is interested in getting to know you further, we will let you know and get your approval to share your info. 

About the ingredients

For the Meatballs 

  • 1 lbs ground beef
  • 1 loaf of bread
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup scallions or onion
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 1 extra large egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

For the Sauce

  • 1 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bottle of passata tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Olive oil

For the Pasta

  • 1 package of spaghetti (120g per person)
  • Freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano

For the Spritz 

  • Ice
  • 3 ounces (1 part) Aperol
  • 3 ounces (1 part) dry Prosecco
  • 1 ounce (a splash) club soda or unflavored sparkling water
  • Orange slice, for garnish
