Have you ever tried making a recipe that promised to be simple, but ended up using every bowl in your kitchen? Baking should be fun and relaxing, not a massive chore. When you get a craving for a rich, chocolatey treat, you want it fast, and you want it to taste amazing.
At IMPASTIAMO, we love keeping things straightforward. You do not need a stand mixer, a double boiler, or any fancy baking skills to make incredible chocolate brownies. This is our absolute favorite recipe because it uses everyday ingredients, takes ten minutes to prep, and needs only one single bowl.
Everything You Need for One-Bowl Chocolate Brownies
Using simple baking cocoa powder instead of melting down bars of chocolate keeps this recipe super quick. It gives you that deep flavor without the extra steps.
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Steps
First, turn your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, or just grease it well with a little extra butter so nothing sticks.
Grab a large bowl and stir the melted butter and sugar together.

Next, crack in the eggs one at a time, and add the vanilla extract. Whisk this mixture well for about a minute until it looks smooth and a little shiny. This quick whisking is the secret trick to getting that beautiful, thin, crinkly crust on top of your brownies.
Now, put the whisk away and grab a spoon.
Stir in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Stir just until you cannot see any white flour left.

If you mix too much, the texture will feel more like cake and less like a rich brownie, so keep it gentle.
Fold in the chocolate chips, then pour the batter into your pan.
Bake for about 20 minutes. You want the edges to look firm, but the very middle should still have a tiny bit of soft give.

Let them cool in the pan for a few minutes before you cut into them. They are perfect just as they are, but they are also incredible with a glass of cold milk or a scoop of ice cream!
Let us know in the comments as soon as you prepare them! And take pictures!

Nice information shared here, and I liked the simple way it was explained. Many people enjoy trying small online activities that are easy to understand and fun to use. I recently checked this cps test and found it interesting for practicing clicking skills. It gives users a simple way to spend a few minutes testing their ability and seeing how their performance changes with regular practice.
I’ve noticed the same thing on our own team retreats—choosing a quiet, remote spot like Stromboli somehow sparks way more real connection than any fancy hotel ever could. There’s something about stripping back distractions that brings out the best conversations.
