Jalisco Margarita

Spice up your evening with a refreshing margarita!
2 oz (70 ml) tequila blanco
1 oz (25 ml) triple sec
1 oz (35 ml) lime juice or lemon juice
1 brown sugar cube (optional)
3 spoons salt
1 jalapeño (optional)
ice
TOOLS
jigger
shaker
knife
barspoon
rocks glasses
Run a lime wedge around the outer rim of a rocks glass and dip rim in salt. Set aside.
In a cocktail shaker combine tequila, brown sugar, and lime juice. Fill with ice and shake until thoroughly chilled, about 15 seconds.
Fill glasses with fresh ice and strain margarita into rocks glass. Garnish with lime wheels and SALUD!
