Mezcal Margarita Three Ways

Spice up your evening with a refreshing margarita!

JALISCO MEZCAL MARGARITA 

  • 2 oz (70 ml) mezcal

  • 1 oz (25 ml) triple sec

  • 1 oz (35 ml) lime juice or lemon juice

  • 3 spoons salt

  • 1 spoon agave syrup

  • ice


BEACH BORRACHO 

  • 2 oz Mezcal

  • 1 oz (30 ml) lime juice

  • 1 oz (30 ml) pineapple juice

  • 1 brown sugar cube (optional)

  • ice


MOCKTAIL

  • 2 oz (70 ml) club soda

  • 1 oz (35 ml) pineapple juice

  • 1 oz (35 ml) orange juice

  • 1 oz (35 ml) lime juice or lemon juice

  • 1 brown sugar cube

  • 3 spoons salt

  • ice


TOOLS

  • jigger

  • shaker

  • knife

  • barspoon

  • rocks glasses

JALISCO MEZCAL MARGARITA


Run a lime wedge around the outer rim of a rocks glass and dip the rim in salt. Set aside.


In a cocktail shaker combine tequila, agave syrup, and lime juice. Fill with ice and shake until thoroughly chilled, about 15 seconds (the bottom of a metal shaker should frost over).


Fill glasses with fresh ice and strain margarita into rocks glass. Garnish with lime wheels and SALUD!


BEACH BORRACHO


Add all ingredients into a shaker (or a mason jar with a lid) and shake with ice until cold, 15-30 seconds. Strain into rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple frond.


MOCKTAIL

In a cocktail shaker combine soda, brown sugar, pineapple juice, orange juice and lime juice. Fill with ice and shake until thoroughly chilled, about 15 seconds (the bottom of a metal shaker should frost over).


Fill glasses with fresh ice and strain margarita into rocks glass. Garnish with lime wheels and SALUD!
