It's never too early to getting ready for Cinco de Mayo!

  • 2 oz (60 ml) blanco tequila

  • 1 oz (30 ml) grapefruit juice

  • 0.75 oz (22 ml) lime juice

  • 0.75 oz (22 ml) simple syrup*

  • soda water

  • pinch of salt

  • grapefruit peel, for garnish

  • ice


TOOLS

  • jigger 

  • shaker

  • hawthorne strainer

  • glass

Add all ingredients except soda water and garnish into a shaker and shake with ice until cold, 15-30 seconds. 


Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
