INGREDIENTS

  • 5 cups (1kg) cane sugar

  • 1 l room temperature water

  • 5 cups (100 g) fresh mint


TOOLS

  • jar

  • strainer


PREPARATION

Let fresh mint macerate in water for two hours.  Strain the water and add the sugar. Stir until the sugar gets dissolved.
