ABOUT THE RECIPE
1 cup light, unsweetened coconut milk
2 cups nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
1 cup diced strawberries, frozen*
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
*You can repleace strawberries with another fruit of your choice
A NOTE ON MEASUREMENTS
We work with chefs from all around the world, which is why we include both imperial (cups/ounces) and metric (grams) measurements. To achieve best results, we highly recommend that you utilize a kitchen scale and follow the metric measurements when possible.
Place ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth. Stir mixture, and then pour into tall glasses.
