2 Ripe Avocados
1 Roma Tomato
A bunch of cilantro (or parsley!)
1 Lime (halved and squeezed)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
A note on measurements
We work with chefs from all around the world, which is why we include both imperial (cups/ounces) and metric (grams) measurements. To achieve best results, we highly recommend that you utilize a kitchen scale and follow the metric measurements when possible.
Remove the seeds from your avocados, now cut them into pieces and place them into a bowl. Mash your avocados with a fork and add the Roma tomato, cut into small chinks and your finely chopped cilantro.
Squeeze the juice of one lime, and add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder. Serve with Tortilla Chips. Enjoy!
