Cancellation: Non refundable deposit. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests accepted up to 48 hours before the class, subject to availability. No-Show: No refund or rescheduling for participants who do not show up without prior notice. Refund Processing: Refunds processed within 14 days of the cancellation request.
