This special class is hosted by Chef Peppe Miele, the President of Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN) Americas, an organization dedicated to preserving true Neapolitan pizza traditions. Originally from Naples and now based in Los Angeles, Chef Peppe brings his passion and expertise to pizza enthusiasts of all skill levels.
What to Expect from our Pizza class
The Neapolitan pizza masterclass runs for about 2.5 – 3 hours and takes place in Inglewood, California (440 Hindry Ave, Suite B).
Here’s what participants will experience:
Hands‑on pizza dough making: learn how to mix, knead, and shape authentic pizza dough from scratch.
Wood‑oven technique: you’ll work with traditional methods and understand how to bake Neapolitan pizza like a true pizzaiolo.
Customize your pizza: choose your own shape, size, and toppings to make a pizza that reflects your taste.
Welcome drink and a fun, social atmosphere with fellow pizza lovers. Bring your own bottle of wine if you like!
No prior experience is needed because Chef Peppe guides everyone step by step. Vegan options are also available.

There are two styles of tickets available:
