ABOUT THE RECIPE
Inside Tequila Clase Azul there is the soul of the community of Mexican artisans. The perfect way to immerse yourself into a new experience is by preparing a fruity Paloma de la Tarde with a bitter twist of lime.
1/2 freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tablespoon agave syrup
2 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
1 splash cranberry-cherry juice
3 oz plain seltzer
1 slice of grapefruit
Add all the ingredients into a shaker, except for seltzer. Shake all the ingredients.
Rim the glass with salt and add ice. Pur the mix into the glass and add seltzer.
Garnish with half slice of grapefruit.
