ABOUT THE RECIPE

Pisco is a grape distillate that dates back to over four centuries, and is one of Peru’s richest cultural traditions. PiscoLogía embraces its legacy creating a unique spirit. Join this world by making a Peruvian Clover Club.

WHY WE PICKED PISCOLOGÍA

  • 100% (badass) women owned

  • It's produced in a small, craft distillery without any fancy machines

  • It's time the world knows about Pisco, drinking it is a whole cultural experience!

INGREDIENTS

*To make simple syrup:

  • 1/2 cup hot water

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

PREPARATION

Step 1

Prepare the simple syrup: into a small pot add water and sugar, put on the stove at medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves and let cool down.
